Kristi Gedid is the Senior Director of Global Legal Operations at Mylan, a global healthcare company based in Pennsylvania. She has extensive experience in the areas of complex commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and transactional law. Prior to joining Mylan, Kristi worked for two Am Law 100 firms as well as a large Pittsburgh-based bank.
Drawing on her legal education at Duquesne University School of Law and the Paralegal Institute, as well as an MBA from Duquesne, Kristi has a particular appreciation for the complexities of the intersection of business and law, and enjoys using her education and experience on a daily basis.
Kristi is a member of the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) and founded the Pittsburgh regional group, which has grown to more than 75 members. She also teaches at Duquesne University School of Law as an adjunct professor.
