Jenna Schiappacasse is the Director of Client Development at Rosenberg Martin Greenberg, LLP, based in the firm’s Baltimore, Maryland office. She is responsible for connecting the firm’s clients with their attorneys, driving new business to the firm, executing on client feedback programs, and coaching and supporting attorneys in their business development initiatives.
Her role requires a high level of versatility and includes everything under the marketing umbrella such as positioning, brand awareness and orchestrating practice-wide business development efforts. In prior business development roles, Jenna has managed the firm’s CRM, website, advertising, rankings, content marketing efforts, social media outlets, event planning, PR and communications.
Currently, Jenna is serving as President of the Mid-Atlantic Region Board of Directors for the Legal Marketing Association (LMA), and as an adjunct member of LMA’s Advocacy Advisory Council. She is an avid writer and speaker on topics concerning legal client-facing roles, and the business of the law firm.
