This is “Dave.” He is our pilot on a Virgin America flight leaving today from JFK going to LAX. He came out in the terminal waiting area to introduce himself and ask if we had any questions.
How many times have you seen this done?
I found it incredibly smart of the airline to have the pilot introduce himself, a testament to their customer service and thoughtfulness. They are my favorite and this just is one more reason they top the list.
