Prior to founding KLA Marketing Associates, Kimberly served on and for senior management teams for nearly 20 years with three corporate law firms in the metro Philadelphia area, where she designed and led strategic marketing programs.
In response to client requests, Kimberly founded Women in Law Rainmaker Forum to co-create positive change with women lawyers seeking to jump-start their business development efforts and create the careers of their dreams via group learning, peer mentoring and masterminding business challenges. She is also the author of Rainmaker Roadmap: A Step-by-Step Guide to Building a Prosperous Business and is a frequent speaker on a range of law firm business growth topics.
