Steve Heinrichs is Chief Legal and Compliance Officer – Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Mueller Water Products, based in Atlanta. For the past 25 years, he has engaged in both private practice and in-house legal counsel roles for public and private companies. Steve is an expert in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions; unsecured, secured and highly structured financing; restructuring; corporate law and corporate governance; litigation; risk management; internal audit and legal management.
Prior to joining Mueller Water Products, Steve served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Neenah, Inc., a leading global specialty materials company.
Steve has a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School, a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
